A personal interview is scheduled with the student athletes and parents to discuss the recruitment process in further detail. UP will review your athletic abilities, grade point average, and listen to your academic and athletic goals. After talking with the athlete and parents in a personal interview we will determine which colleges and universities will suit your athletic and academic needs and target those schools.

UP will walk you step by step through the recruitment process giving you the exposure you need to get noticed by college and university coaches. We expose the student athletes by internet exposure, continuous phone contact with coaches, mailing student athletes profiles to college and universities, editing of videotapes, SAT counseling, financial aid assistance.

UP will give you the personal attention you need during the recruitment process to help you obtain your future goals and get a great education. Student athlete profiles will be updated currently on our internet database so coaches can view the athlete's progress through the recruitment process.

If a personal interview is not possible due to a student athlete location, then we will have the interview by telephone or email or fax. Our program specializes in helping international student athletes, and we are in contact with many athletes around the world on a daily basis.
